5.30.13 … Should i look for a four leaf clover?

Solvitur Ambulando” – It is solved by walking, Avondale Presbyterian Church:

It is very warm and I am sitting in the middle of the labyrinth preparing myself for my walk. I am sitting here because all the benches are in the shade and is remarkably cooler on the benches. I have never sat in the center of this labyrinth. I see clovers in the labyrinth and laugh, wondering if I should look for a four leaf clover.

The chimes are ringing which has become the welcoming call for this labyrinth.

I have discovered that each labyrinth is a unique sacred space. I seek each depending often on my needs as well as on my whereabouts.

In the information that is provided at the labyrinth is this Celtic prayer:

God ahead, God behind
God be on the path I wind.
God above, God below
God be everywhere I go.

I also find this prayer …

Lord, hear my prayer. I am looking for peace, peace only You can help me to find. I lay down all my distractions at this moment in order to walk and talk with You. Be my companion, my strength, my guide. I’ll quiet my mind. I will be strong. I will listen for your voice. Amen

I let these prayers guide my thoughts today.

Blessings!
