Solvitur Ambulando” – It is solved by walking, 2016 Lenten Labyrinth Walks (Walk 38/40), Myers Park Baptist Church – Charlotte, NC:

First Baptist Church- Asheville NC: the anticipation will kill me!

Under Penalty of Law: Feeling bold …

In the 60s I do not think these tags had any exceptions.

And I was scared to remove them. 🙂

Blue: No one could see the color blue until modern times.

Today is… trumpet intro please… National Macaron Day! Apparently introduced to France from Italy in 1533 by Queen Catherine de Medici and still a firm favourite!

3.16.16 … Psalm 119: 105 – “thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” …

“Solvitur Ambulando” – It is solved by walking, 2016 Lenten Labyrinth Walks (Walk 31/40), Avondale Presbyterian Church – Charlotte NC:

Wow, what a difference a week can bring. This beautiful bush was just alive with color today.

I took an early morning walk right after the sun rose risen. And today I sporadically walked over to the cross to see the tips of the buildings downtown from the hill.

The birds were having a blast. The water the fountain was running.

I even heard a woodpecker. I also heard morning rush-hour on Park Road. I also knew that the grass forming the boundaries of the labyrinth that were the weeds are much bigger. 🙂

I’m loving the new benches which are much more stable than the ones that collapsed last year it is a nice addition to the garden.

I said hello to the lovely Robin right by me. And I realized he chimes were mostly silent this morning.

Although I’ve never really thought about it before, the center which quotes from Psalm 119: 105 (“thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path”), that without the Rosette configuration at the center, I do not tend to stay at the center quite as long.

And what is the beautiful tree on the backside of the labyrinth with the purple. I never remember things like tree names etc.
